Super Early Bird tickets and Diversity Fund
We’re not sure if schwarz Saturday is a thing or not, but it seems like the perfect antidote to the recent Black Friday sales.
We’ve not got an amazing sale to tell you about. There are no discount codes to share around. What we do have is a limited number of Super Early Bird tickets available right now, alongside our diversity tickets.
Super Early Birds are only £45 and are backed by a no fuss refund policy. If you change your mind about attending up until a month before the event, for whatever reason, you can request your money back. After than, you can pass your ticket onto someone else up until the Monday before the conference.

How the diversity fund is invested
Attending a conference can offer a huge boost early on in someones career. It certainly did for us. Whilst Future Sync tickets are affordable for the majority, they might not be for everyone.
We use the extra cash raised through our diversity ticket scheme to make sure that finances are not the reason someone can’t attend. We are equally concerned about the right people being in the room as we are about having a full room.
In 2019, we used the diversity fund and speaker contributions to:
- Bring 11 students from local colleges to the event.
- Fund a showcase stand for three teams of up and coming games developers.
- Support under represented people to attend other local events.
This year we hope to do more. Much more.
Every pound raised through our diversity tickets makes a huge difference to someone. Every penny of it is appreciated. Every penny of it is ring fenced from other costs. If you can afford to pay a little extra, you’ll be ensuring someone can attend the conference who wouldn’t otherwise be able to.
