Only a week has passed since we welcomed more than 1000 ticket holders and 7000+ drop-ins for the Future Sync 2020 broadcast. We’d like to take this opportunity to thank anyone who tuned in, whether for the whole broadcast or a single talk, for taking part in the rapidly pivoted conference.

If you are a ticket holder, you’ll find a 2 minute feedback form in your inbox. We’d love to get your feedback on the day. Responses from past years have resulted in major changes and tiny tweaks to the shape of the event. This year is no different. With a blended in-person and online conference being planed for 2021, your comments will help us to create the best experience possible for everyone, no matter where you are in the world.

We’d also love to see you at the in-person event next year. There are already a few speakers set to be a part of the lineup plus some amazing sponsors to help make it all possible. More on that in due course.

You can get your ticket for next years conference right now for the lowest price it will ever be. 2020 ticket holders can even find a link with a further 20% discount pre-applied. As always, they come with a no-fuss refund policy up until a fortnight before the event.

If you tuned into the day one broadcast, you may have experienced a few buffering issues. We figured out why that evening. As it turns out, the broadcast hub forgot to turn off one thing connected to the internet. Just the one. Their external internet connected security camera. Every time Toothless the cat entered or left the house it would trigger an upload of the high definition camera feed to the cloud. The gloriously high quality video of a cat licking itself caused the drop outs. Thankfully, this didn’t result in a cat-astrophic connectivity problem!

Keep on reading for direct links to the main talks on the broadcast streams plus a few freebies thanks to our sponsors and supporters.

We’ll post again soon with individual and expanded talks plus any slidedecks, links and book recommendations from the day. If you won one of the competitions over the event, we’ll get in touch directly.

Until then, you can catch up with the days broadcast below.
